The Hitachi 18 Volt Compact 5.0Ah high capacity lithium-ion battery pack is able to power every 18v Hitachi cordless tool with the Hitachi Slide On battery connector type.

This battery pack is the same size and weight as the BSL1830 3.0Ah battery but delivers up to 2 x longer runtime. Up to 1,500 cycles rechargeable through multiplex protection circuit that prevents overload, overcharge and over-discharge.
