The Hitachi G3610DB MultiVolt Cordless Disc Grinder Incorperates variable voltage output from the same 5Ah Battery. Meaning that the user can run their Grinder on either 18V or 36V depending on its application.
This variation has the Paddle switch mounted on the underside of the unit. In order to prevent inadvertent operation, safety is further enhanced by a structure that does not switch on unless the off lock lever is operated at the same time.
This unit also incorperates the Kickback mitigation System. By monitoring the sudden rotation reduction of the motor, the motor is instantaneously stopped and the reaction (kickback) is alleviated.
